We are proud to present the table KUBUS. It was designed to fit into rooms for seminars, but has been growing to a representative furniture for multiple purposes. The strong geometrical shape of a cube has been lightened by removing a quarter of its footprint. This allows a wide range of constellations either using just one KUBUS, or filling a complete seminar room. The simple materials (beech and linoleum) and surface treatments (oil and glazed coloures) are combined with simple but effective mechanics. All of the mechanic parts a made of stainless steel and allow you to change the height of your working surface to four different heights (73, 83, 93, 103 cm), or to change the angle of a part of it. The stability of the KUBUS is a result of the selection of the material as well as the high quality production. Every element is prepared and built by hand from professional joiners of Thuringia in Germany. Therefore the KUBUS will be a robust and representative partner in your teaching bussines or a calm secretary in your bureau. This has been shown at the Bauhaus-University Weimar. The attributes of the KUBUS made it possible to embed it into the graded history of the Bauhaus and to use it for modern teaching. The chair of Informatik in der Architektur (Computer Science in Architecture) furnished a seminar room with 23 tables. As the KUBUS is produced in a handcraft production we would like take your wishes about colours or surface treatment into consideration.
